About Me
Julia’s knowledge, honesty, integrity, and fairness have been evident throughout her career. In addition, she possesses a lifelong knowledge of the area allowing her to guide her clients in acquisitions of primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
She understands the importance of providing a truly personalized service to her clients, always putting their needs ahead of her own and paying close attention to every aspect of the transaction. She has been married for twenty-six years and they have two children, a dog and cat and has both a “grand dog” and “grand cats” and loves to travel seeing the world but always enjoys coming back to West Tennessee.
Beach or Mountains?
Beach – love the sand and the sun. I love to travel and see how life is in different places. As an avid reader, this is the perfect place to get lost in a book.
Favorite way to stay active?
Walk I love to walk and enjoy the outdoors and the change of seasons. While walking I enjoy catching up with friends and family or listening to my favorite podcast, Bob and Sheri!
My Happy Place?
Traveling is hands down one of my favorite things to do – experiencing the culture and the different scenery and cultures.
Guilty Pleasure?
Watching Bravo TV is one of my favorite guilty pleasures – “The Housewives, Below Deck” I find it fascinating to see how others live!
Pets?
We have a cat, Phyllis, dog, Chevy and I have a grand dog, Walter and two grand cats, Tina and Albus. Our family loves our pets.
Favorite Podcasts?
Nationally syndicated Bob and Sheri morning radio show and their hilarious group including Max, Todd, Lamar and Jim. If you have never listened to them – it is a treat! They make me laugh out loud!
